Spring Anatomy & Physiology

During the Spring Season, the Liver and Gallbladder are working diligently to wake us up after the stillness of Winter. They are responsible for detoxification, digestion, blood storage, hormonal balance and rule our physical movement and flexibility.

This time of year sets the tone for the cycles ahead and is an important time to develop a wellness routine that will provide lasting results.

Ensure you are connected to purpose, motivation, and vision by setting your body’s physiological in motion and providing it with proper wood element balance. This will enable your body to fire on all cylinders, laying the foundation for growth and expansion this year.
