Slow Cooker Chicken With Juniper Cherry SauceFeb 12, 2022
6 chicken thighs
¼ cup chicken stock
1 cup Juniper cherry sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cover. Cook on low setting for 5-6 hours. Shred the chicken with a fork while in the cooking sauce. This sweet and aromatic recipe pairs nicely over corn tortillas as a taco dish served with lime, cilantro and pickled onions. You could substitute other meats and serve shredded on sandwiches, as part of a barbecue plate.
