Ginger Miso DressingJan 18, 2021
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tbs white miso
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- A dash of mirin
Blend all ingredients until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.This is wonderful as a dressing over warm roasted seasonal vegetables or a brown rice macro bowl.
