- 1 Cup fennel tops roughly chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Handful of walnuts or almonds
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs C60 Purple Power Avocado Oil
Add to food processor or nutri-bullet and blend until smooth. Serve with soups, pasta or as a spread.
