C60 Purple Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of hibiscus sun tea or water
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon C60PP MCT COCONUT OIL

Directions:

Optional: Add 1 tbsp flax seeds, hemp seeds, or chia seeds for extra fiber
Optional: Add 1 tsp of honey or agave syrup if you like it sweeter.

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

This antioxidant, probiotic, and fiber-rich smoothie will cool you off during the summer heat and support your gut health and energy levels!
