- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of hibiscus sun tea or water
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon C60PP MCT COCONUT OIL
Optional: Add 1 tbsp flax seeds, hemp seeds, or chia seeds for extra fiber
Optional: Add 1 tsp of honey or agave syrup if you like it sweeter.
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
